I love the pest and termite control offered by Leo. However, we have squirrels in our attic so called Terminex wildlife and they have not been accommodating at all. Called them all day today 4-14-23 because there are still squirrels actively on our attic after putting down $2500 for them to perform wheat they said would get rid of them but they are not. Then not one person returns our call after calling today Friday 4-14-23 and my husband left 8 messages during the day. Just awful

Terminix has a pleasant and helpful office staff. My technician is always on time for his appointment and does a very good job. He takes his time and takes pride in what he’s doing. He even reminds me to open the garage door so he can spray in there. I’m very pleased and have been a Terminix customer for many years.
