The main thing I like about your services is that it works. I never see bugs anymore...and it was quite common for us to see spiders. That seems to be a problem in this section of town. Anyway we never see spiders anymore. And if something happens and we do see one, we just call Terminix and they spray again for free.
I also like all of the people I've met from Terminix. They are all friendly and seem to know what they're doing.

Charlie (Ferguson) continues to be amazing. I really appreciate his kind & professional service, especially when it comes to my 89- year old mother whose house he services. When there was an issue Charlie was there early the next morning, listened to my mom’s concerns, decided on a plan of action & went to work. The whole time he was polite & gave the experience his personal touch. In this mass media, number-of-likes age we live in, such traditional service is rare & much appreciated. We hope Charlie will take care of our home for years to come!

Paul Hagan always does a great job inspecting the inside of my home and also he inspects the Sentricon system outside. I can always depend on him to let me know if there are any issues. He is very knowledgeable and professional and is very kind to me. I always ask for him when I make my yearly appointment.
