I’ve been a loyal Terminix customer for the past 36 years, and I can confidently say they’ve been nothing short of outstanding. Their services have always been reasonable in both product quality and price. Over the years, every technician we’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, dependable, and courteous.
Each service has been scheduled in advance, and I’ve never had a single complaint or concern in all this time. Our home remains pest-free thanks to the excellent communication between Terminix and myself. Whether it’s by text or email, they make it easy to stay informed and prepared for each visit.
It’s rare that I experience any issues between services, but when I do, I know I can count on Terminix to respond quickly and professionally. During my most recent service this week, I had the opportunity to speak face-to-face with the technician, which only reinforced the trust I have in the company.
After all these years, Terminix feels less like a business and more like a member of the family. That relationship is the reason I’ve stayed with them—and why I’ll continue to rely on them for years to come.

I like that you do what you say you’ll do. You keep the bugs out, and if they do come in, you get rid of them inside. I also appreciate the technician’s efforts to clear spider webs on the porches in the corners. Technicians are always friendly and courteous!
