In the past, my rating would be lower. But due to your employee, Refugio Banuelos, aka RS, I will continue to use Terminix. He is kind, informative and a professional. He would be an excellent trainer for the folks that have been out to treat my property for ants and termite inspection in the past who were unprofessional; much too inquisitive and below standard in spreading bait.

Very nice employees. Always get reminder calls for service. The folks that spray and check the termite stations are friendly and very reliable! Terminix also encapsulated my basement and check periodically on the dehumidifier and service it if needed. Would highly recommend Terminix.

Being professional and you really get the job done
Services are always timely, and every person I have interacted with has been an absolute pleasure to speak with. Things can get busy, but I know that I’ll get a text or phone call to remind me that it’s time for a quarterly or annual service. Payments have been broken up a few times over the years that I’ve been with Terminix because sometimes life… lifes, and being able to do that was a huge stress relief during those times.
