The technician, Mr. John Tareg, was on time. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to answer questions about termites and other things to look for. He did a thorough inspection inside and out.
My neighbor was impressed with the time he took to do his inspection. (She said she was calling to schedule an appointment).
