The entire staff is very pleasant. Scheduling is always easy and efficient.
I like how easy it is to make payments for my pest and fire ant services. I just call it in and it only takes a few seconds. My card is on file and there is never a “convenience fee.” I also like being able to break my yearly termite service into 3 monthly automatic payments. If payments weren’t so easy to make and there was a “convenience fee” added on, then I probably wouldn’t keep all of these services. Since the yearly termite service is a bigger payment, I really appreciate being able to break it up instead of paying it all at once. And of course, I like the fact that I rarely see a bug, spider, etc in my house. And if do happen to see one in between services, I like knowing that I can call and make an appt for someone to come back out at no extra charge. But in the 6 years that I’ve had service, I think I’ve only had to call once or twice for someone to come out in between services.
