I believe the technicians that come to service the bait stations show their professionalism by explaining the condition of the stations. If I'm at home when they do their job, they're very courteous. They always leave a report. Yes, I like the service.

Personnel is polite and on time
I like the protection from insects, etc, that frequent my home w/o the treatments. I like having the same person come each month…(I like the one who comes here tho I can’t remember his name right now.).
In years past we had insects, rodents, even a snake in the basement! So I really enjoy NOT having them!
