Your technical associate, Mr. Brandon Ricard was just excellent. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about the type of pests on my lake property (ants) and incredibly friendly and thorough in how we should attempt to remove them. Whatever you're paying him, it isn't enough. I would also recommend him to you as your Employee of the Year.
Terminix is always regular on their treatments and always on time. The representative Brandon, who comes to my house is very thorough and quickly responds to any issues between treatments. The worry with vendors is often letting them into your home, but Brandon is a very trustworthy long term employee and a great representative for the company.
Service Rep showed up on time. Once he completed the inspection gave me an oral report that outlined what he checked and results. Later I received a written report via email. Great service.

I have loved Terminix ever since we started using you, and we now use your service at our other house also. However, this last visit did not meet the same standards that you have always provided. The technician completed the service call in about 30 min; the previous technicians have always taken at least 1 full hour to check our property.
