Polite staff, Proximity to my home and good equipment
I primarily use the pool for exercise, due to artificial knee replacements and have been doing so for many years.
I love the egym as a starting off point if I have been away from weightlifting or have been injured. Though I haven't done it recently I love Sara Dean's classes and the yoga that is offered

It brought people together for a common goal of raising money for programs and assistance for those who need it.
I am 100% confidential that instead of just emailing people for money, if people made a call or sent a hand written testimonial letter you’d receive more money.
Geez, as it is we only have $250.00
Being a former board member/board chair/volunteer of the year at Southwest the personal touch of that branch seems to have disappeared. We could have easily done 10x the above amount with a simple phone call and a meeting.
Instead of just having people come, work out and leave, how about giving them a reason to stay and get more engaged with the YMCA?
Great group exercise classes, very motivating. E-Gym is nice too.

There is a good variety of programs offered and different time. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and well maintained.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facilities are perfect, clean, and accessible. We have been coming for almost a month, and we feel comfortable to ask questions and ask for help. I am so happy we joined.

I like that there are a good variety of programs and activities. The instructors are friendly and approachable.
I use the gym. IMO: This is a great gym. I only use a small subset of the equipment. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and John is helpful.

Great workout selection, and the schedule is well spread out to cater to everyone. The only downside is that parking is consistently a challenge.
I love all group exercise class that they offer. So many varieties, times offerred, formats and there are classes seven days a week. All of the instructors are wonderful and welcoming.
The facility is maintained so well and that emphasis comes from management.
The swimming class is awesome! Teachers are patient and nice and my kid has been really making progress!
