While I do my own workout now, I think it’s great that the Y offers so many programs and activities for members.
Variety of classes and friendly staff. Instructors are very good at setting the pace for those attending the class, insuring the practice or class is safe for everyone.
Multiple programs are available to members at different fitness levels.
The flexibility and all the various options:  classes of many kinds, the weight room (including the e-gym), the cardio room, and the pool.  Something for everyone.
Plus a friendly staff and great trainers.
Pilates, dance classes, machines
They have the machines I use and it’s not crowded mid afternoon.
We are very excited about the ballroom dancing lessons with excellent teachers  
The free use of towels is important to me.

I don't really use the activities/programs yet but the facilities are nice.
The SW YMCA has more equipment than the other YMCA, and the staff are very friendly.
I've already submitted. No change.
Aqua aerobics
Truthfully, I do not use the programs or activities because of my age and crippled old body. However I use the pool earli 5 days a week walking in the wonderful slow lane I forget I am crippled and start my day in a wonderful way.
I like all the daily classes and kids programs. If the kids classes can start at 4:40pm, it would be ideal for me.

The Zumba Gold especially are great!
There are lots of different level of classes for the seniors.
I am glad to see a few new young instructors for the classes too. 
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Instructors are knowledgeable and professional, especially Zumba instructors who are full of energy! 
The Y has a very positive and welcoming vibe. The staff is really nice and there’s so much variety to your programs. - I wish I had more time in my week to try them all  
I really appreciate the cleanliness of the locker rooms  too. 
The only thing I wish it had was a second outside sitting area. Perhaps on the far side of the weight room near the street. Just a few chairs and a table so if you wanted to relax but not have the sound of a bouncing basketball or a Zumba class nearby.
Also, I wish you’d bring back the coffee hour. I really liked it when we could make a cup of coffee.

Yoga and group classes
You offer everything to everybody—young, old, handicapped, everyone! Your employees are always knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, which means a lot to me, whether they are dealing with me or anyone else. I love to see caring and kindness, and feel comfortable coming to your YMCA. I am thrilled I joined, and I love your swim exercise classes. I finally decided to rent a locker and hire Tamara, a personal trainer. Any day, month, or year now, I expect to be running a marathon as I did many years ago! Thank you for being there!!!
Glitz Dance! Fun class Sarah is a great instructor. It’s always fun. I attend the class infrequently because of my work schedule. I’m so happy I can attend, learn some new choreography and most importantly have fun! :-)

The pool at the SouthWest Y on Quito seems to be over chlorinated and this seems to cause me to sneeze a lot afterwards. The pool at the South Valley site is much better, however it is much further away. Please look into the chlorine levels, thanks.
