The teacher gave excellent, engaging instructions for the kiddos
Very good experience
The SW YMCA has the most welcoming atmosphere of any gym I have been to. The management, staff and instructors, go out of their way to make members feel connected and motivated in achieving their exercise and health goals. I look forward everyday, to starting my day with a class at the Y.
Wide variety of programs and activities to choose from, with friendly, welcoming staff!
Senior Fitness Exercise Classes.
I have been going to the Southwest YMCA for over 26 years. The pool exercise is most important to me for my knee replacements and back surgeries. A great way to exercise without weight baring on my joints.
Friendly environment, variety of cardio & weight equipment, variety of of classes.

Great place & friendly staff!!!
Great instructors. Fun and helpful for kids to learn swimming.
The obstacle course was fun for my son! The instructor was kind and patient for handling all of the kids on his own. I appreciated him finding everyone's parents before releasing the kids.
You guys do a great job! The facility is well staffed, the personnel is very friendly.

Glitz Dance!!!
I enjoy water aerobics and senior fitness. I enjoy the e-gym and the elliptical. I also enjoy all the staff who work at SW. It's a great place with a feeling of a private club. I feel safe at the SW YMCA. I really enjoy the positive friends I have met at this particular Y. Thank you!
There are many classes to choose from. All instructors are great and professional.
Availability to either join a class or group…as you see fit. I like that the professional bodybuilders are NOT at the Y, just us normal folks…trying to look better, or age slower. Folks at the Y are generally friendly.
