Indoor pool and good instructors
People are friendly, and the equipment is great, especially egym. The one thing I would like to see changed is the angle of the monitors on the treadmills and exercise bikes. Th angle leads to reflections of the overhead fluorescent lights, which makes it difficult to see the screen.
My kid likes swimming.
Wonderful mission, staff, programs. We mostly attend swim class and kids club, but if I had more free time would love to join the exercise classes and use the facilities. The swim teachers and staff are wonderful.
Swim Instructors are friendly and inviting. My daughter is excited to attend. I would like to see more differentiation based off swimming ability and skill. Big picture, we are happy with our experience.
Convient hours, great instructors. Front desk staff knowledgeable and helpful
Great programs! Teachers are welcoming and patient. Pool is usually a decent temperature.
The new e-gym features, the great and friendly staff and all the children activities and group activities make YMCA worth joining!
Good program, instructors and staff
The swimming pool is nice but cold, and the windows are left open during the Winter. The management is preparing us for the Polar Bear Festival at the San Francisco Yacht Club on New Year's Day! :)
Indoor pool access, strong community, familiar faces for many years, good selection of fitness classes and very accessible
Aquafit
You offer classes for seniors.
Great classes; not super busy weight room
Friendly, responsive staff. I love Heather's yoga class and Sara's Dance Glitz class.
I love the Aqua-fit and the E-gym!
I enjoy Southwest programs and activities have been very professional and fun so far. I would also like to mention from day one the staff has treated me like if I was family. Not only have I been treated like family each employee that I've had the pleasure to meet always treated me with the upmost respect and always available to answer any questions or concerns. I feel BLESSED to be part of this establishment.
