Retention of long-time members and staff (Elaine, Andrew, Xavier, Julie, child-care staff)
Actual community feel
Andres is doing a phenomenal job of engaging/keeping members and staff happy and keeping operations running smoothly.
Grateful for the pool which is a foundational piece of the facility
Glad to see the return of cycling, basketball, pilates/yoga, rumba (sp?) classes - expecting membership to pick up next year and be busier but that is a good thing
continued engagement with Chronos...
Have been a member of El Camino and Ross, this facility is a rare gem. Both of the larger facilities are excellent but there isn't the same communal engagement.
Friendly, kind staff & members. Facility clean.
Love the new classes! Just tried the Barre class with Nika and will come again. Hope that the gym will be open on Sunday soon.

The variety of options of aquatic programs for young, senior, arthritic participants.
great lifeguards
Very clean nice people
Clean, comfortable, well-staffed, machines uncrowded.
The front desk staff is very friendly and resourceful. They’ve helped me with lost items, finding fitness items, and have told me about other classes. I like that there’s a karate class, additional small rooms to workout, and a lot of equipment in comparison to other Ys. Also, any fitness class by Tina, she’s very empowering, inclusive, and inspirational. Thanks!
Clases de grupo y lo amables que son todos
Variety, many scheduled each week, included in membership
I like the HOIST machines and that the gym isn't so crowded
I love the pool activities. Just what I need for my old achy body. The people there are lively and I look forward to my time at the Y as often as I can get there.
Friendly and easy access
Has anindoor pool, but not too clean
Aqua aerobics. Senior class.
I love the aqua aerobics and water volleyball the best! I wish they had water volleyball on Monday 11-12 also....especially since there are about 20 people who do it W and F and want to also do it on Mondays. I don't see swimmers in the lanes on Monday 11 am....so I think time could easily be pushed to 12 for swim lanes. Wouldn't it be great to have 20 people exercising and having fun on Mondays 11-12 playing volleyball and having fun also!!!!
I wish the M W F exercise class in they gym with Elaine and julie was at a different time so I could go to it and to aqua aerobics 10-11. But I know a lot of people go to that wonderful class!
