I am a new member and I am so impressed with the customer service! I have never felt more welcome at the gym- Definitely makes coming to the gym less intimidating. The facility is always clean and the group class instructors are motivating and fun. I have been a member of 24 fitness for years and I had know idea what I was missing! Thank you

I like the variety of activities available: working out in the gym, yoga classes, the sauna, cardio classes. I also liked the personal training program I participated in last year--it kickstarted my workout sessions. And the staff is great: personal, friendly, competent. And that goes from the teaching staff who lead the classes to the people who are at reception and supervising the workout gym. I enjoy going to the Y--it's good for my body, and I feel at home there.

Great equipment & staff, spacious, and well-ventilated/cooled.
The Family YMCA has a good variety of exercise classes and great instructors. The facility is always kept in good clean condition throughout the years. The staff and members are helpful and friendly to each other which creates a good sense of community.
