Love the cardio and arthritis water exercises. The Senior Functional class and Feldenkris are wonderful for pain and strength management. The chair yoga is good class for mature adults.
I’ve been attending the line dance classes for 13+ years, and really enjoy them, especially Kathy’s. I’ve also been using the machine room equipment.

The quality of each session, the sincerity of every swim instructors to ensure their students are safe and are still having fun while learning and the structured swim program with various skill levels defined makes this my favorite aquatic program in the bay area for kids and adults alike.
Furthermore, the staff is extremely professional and friendly. This includes Oliver, Emily, Zoey and Desha.
