What I like the most is that their are old people and kids in the YMCA.

It’s is not a meat market and people are family oriented.

Kim’s boot camp is amazing, Allison’s HIGH fitness is the bomb, the eGym is the best, plus, Daniel and Bruce are so welcoming. The help desk near the eGym has the most upbeat and wonderful people working at the YMCA. I love my YMCA!

Spacious and bright main firtness area with generally enough machines so there is no waiting. Staff is friendly. There are lots of classes. Facility is clean and not smelly.

There seems t0 be a good variety of activities for all ages, as well as times. Variety of equipment. The exercise area looks out to a beautiful park and that is vey relaxing to look at while you workout.

I love the table tennis and the people there. I like the weight room and the fact that it is open later than Palo Alto on Fridays.
