Water Aerobics classes
Many, many different programs to engage the entire family.
Swim lessons, summer camps, youth in government, child care all over the peninsula.
Of course, swim and gym for the athletic and the athletic-at-heart.
A bazillion group ex classes with a bazillion different instructors to match all levels/skills.
Nice lobby, free coffee, free hand sanitizer, soap and towels for the showers.
Very, very friendly staff; all inclusive and welcoming staff/members.
Clean facility (for the most part; small room for improvement here because some members
forget to pick up after themselves).

Good instructors, nice facility, variety of programs, nice people.
Friendlyness if staff and cleaneess of facilities. But the closing time on weeekends are too early and as a result the pool closes even earlier.
Excellent swimming pool
I use the stretching room, the exercise/weight room, and occasionally the pool. The hours of operation are great, and I can usually get my workout in without waiting at the various locations.
Pilates and TRX. Plus the new stair machines. Thank you for getting four!
Lots of offerings. Something for everyone.
There is a nice variety of classes offered- for every level of fitness. The staff (lifeguards, front desk personnel, teachers) are super helpful and friendly. Lifeguards will assist in lane configurations to allow groups to swim together. Front desk staff always greet me with a smile and a 'good morning'. I also very much appreciate towel service. I went to a Y in So Cal and they did not have towels available for members. Definitely a perk.

The variety of your fitness classes and the instructors.
Facility Hours and range of classes are great. Please consider opening of facility at 6 am on Sundays as well as young children get up early and older children have games, etc. that prevent an early morning workout.
I like the fact that I can go to both Ross Road and El Camino Y, depending the classes I like. El Camino Y should have more Zumba classes.
