I love that it is a quiet place, no loud music and banging weights. I like the choices for ways to exercise and I love the senior classes.

I love the classes, the one thing I wish is that they weren’t scheduled at the same time. I wish the schedules would allow you to take one class after another instead of having to choose just one class.
Safety of pools . But I have been in Germany , Wiesbaden Area with several pools on Hot Spring Water . Every Day several buses come with seniors . They have realized that their customers:
1- are old with age between 50 to 90
2- most or some of them are overweight
3- their physical condition is so that they
Can not do fast difficult exercises.
4- they wan to do sport but they want to enjoy .
Therefore , the trainers go to slow motion combined w/ dance which make them happy .
Fast motion in YMCA make ladies Angry and they leave the pool . It is unfortunate that you do not realize the need of old seniors inside the
Pool . Many people come to daily exercises’
But they get angry of fast motions which they are not able to do and follow and then then
They leave the pool and go home .
The combination of uga , Aerobic dance , only
Easy & Slow movement will make everybody
happy.
I hope you review you programs and you wil see the very good results in future .

I really enjoy the pools. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Clean gym, plenty of weights and equipment. Staff is friendly.
I wish there we're more indoor pool hours open.
I don't participate in any programs or activities. I love the Y because of it's family friendly environment. Not a bruh gym at all.

Love the teachers and getting to know students that come consistently. Trainer program. Love Wednesday night yoga. Community orientation is nice to be involved with.
Lots of family programs and seasonal events.
All looks good except the skin's illed people in the pool and shower areas
I like aqua fitness. The locker rooms are clean. Staff is welcoming.

Coach is patient and interactive - very good program that teaches fundamentals. Could do with more constructive feedback to improve but perhaps that is done at higher levels.
I Love Indoor swim lesson time because there is no music playing at that time!

The staff at this Y are very helpful if you need help. The water aerobics instructors are great, they do not try to push you and let you exercise at what your ability is. I recommend this Y for everyone.
