Great classes and reasonable price. I wish the outdoor pool were a bit cooler though!
Lockers in the locker rooms can use some updating to have a keypad so that I don't need to bring a padlock each time
I’m not involved in any of the programs or activities. I strictly go for the weight training and the pool. The central Ymca is one of the oldest facilities in San Jose that can seriously go under renovation. Don’t get me wrong! They do have great programs and summer activities for the kids and even Financial aid so no one is excluded. One last thing! can the A/C be turned on in the weight room it is extremely humid in there.

The pool is very accessible. I like to lap swim, and the available times in the outdoor pool is convenient for me.

You have great staff that is willing to help members. I used to belong to the SJSU SRAC. I really like the Y a lot better.
The water areobics instructors Barbara and Beth are great. I really like the water classes a lot.
The hours of the classes are great. Thanks for starting them at 6 PM.
Aqua fitness classes, wonderful instructors. I like the friendly greeting when I check in each day and YMCA employees smiing and saying hello in the hallways.

Love the yoga classes especially the ones taught by Heidi. She’s amazing and I always feel great at the end of class! I also love the personal training program. Erica is knowledgeable and such a lovely person! I learned so much. Love the Y
classes during the morning hours for seniors
The lifeguards , aquatic director, front desk,Thomas Russell etc…..are the nicest people !!!!

The yoga instructors and aqua fitness instructors are excellent teachers; the atmosphere in the Central YMCA Facility is always friendly.
he have enjoyed our time at the Y thus far. the facility is a little dated in my opinion but a great value. My girls love it so i am fine with it.
