Love all the ales Mills classes. - providing les Mills classes is one of the best decisions of the ymca. They are quality classes and options for modifications.

I love the water aerobics classes and, occasionally, do water zumba. Once in awhile, I use the equipment in the gym. I love your community outreach and enjoy watching the kids in summer swim classes.
I love the choices.
Almost always a drop in yoga class I can show up for, or swimming laps in the pool, or using the weight room. All very convenient. And I enjoy the diverse crowd of people that share the Y with me.
There is a wide variety of activities to satisfy many different interests. The people are friendly.

Variety and number of group exercise classes
It is just a great place, down to earth, provides all types of exercise activities, family functions, etc. In the last four years the monthly individual membership fee has gone up a bit but it is still affordable.
Instructor like Jenny Fong I think is the best out of everyone in Silicon Valley. Trust me.

I like the variety of activities, and the various levels of ability within the activity selections. I also like the facilities and I especially like that it is a full service family activity center. Finally, I like the price very much - it seems reasonable.
Love Masters swimming in the mornings and evenings, cycling classes with Bob/Dave/Vicci/Khara/Suzanne, yoga with Maria/Ally/Akari/Nicole, and barre with Mayu. Great group exercise classes and swim classes!
I generally only take yoga classes, but will use other facilities this year
