We love that there is something for everyone in our family to do. My son loves his sports specific training sessions. My husband and I enjoy our couple time while working out too.

I like the facility and the amount of equipment available for use. I also really enjoy having the flexibility of using the 24 hr fitness center.

Great Facility. Staff is great. Becky at the front desk is always very nice and always smiling. Very welcoming. Locker rooms are always clean. Just a really nice facility. Really enjoy the Sauna and Steam room.

Being a member of Dow Bay Area Family YMCA is a sense of family. It is a positive experience meeting friendly people who exercise and friendly people who work there. The membership cost is affordable. The hours are excellent. And the equipment is always clean.

What do you like about your Dow Bay Area Family YMCA experience?

I like the opportunity to play daily pickleball. I have tried a variety of the classes and found them to be fun and great exercise. I have also dropped 14 pounds since joining the Y. I contribute this to the different exercise choices that make working out at the Y fun and not boring.

I joined good Friday 2022. I like the choice of 24 hours fitness and the hours during the day. Lots of choices for my every changing working out routine. I have yet to try classes. Friendly employees

I love the exercise classes. All of the instructors are awesome. I need a structured class to keep me on track. Everyone is so friendly both the front desk and other members.

I like the fact that the YMCA is a place the whole family can go have fun. I enjoy swimming with my granddaughter an have even got her swimming lessons for a birthday present. The YMCA is where I learned to swim as a child. She is excited to start class.
