Has it all from walk/jog track to weight lift area. everything having to do with exercise.
There is a lot of equipment, the facility is very clean, and the building is very nice too. I only come in for brief periods but it’s been a consistently good experience.

I have been a member of the "Y" for about 15 years. The YMCA is a great asset for our Bay Area. The exercise classes for the seniors, the luncheons all the programs they have for the children. Parents can drop their children off and know they are in good hands. The instructors for the classes are great too. Thanks for all the things you do for the community.
I love the YMCA! I started going here at the recommendation of a friend and will never switch to another gym. The atmosphere is welcoming, the equipment is updated and clean, and their personal trainers are so encouraging and knowledgeable. I train with Justin and he is an incredible teacher. He is so patient and welcoming.

All the different options the Y offers., the 24/7 room, the various equipment, the pool. Meeting new people making friends.
I love the 24/7 room, clean locker room facilities, and sauna.
It is like a fancy 5 star resort. Walking through the doors is a calming experience. My favorite things are the yoga classes and racquetball courts.
It has anything fitness wise one could ask for however very crowded at times and would be nice to know the amount of members using the facility at any givin time so I can adjust the time I work out.
All staff (Front Desk, Cleaning Personnel, and Aquatic staff) are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with their area of expertise!

Your new reservation system is better and more easy to access than the previous one. I like the friendly people who work there. I am glad you’ve placed signs at the entrances to the adult locker rooms. It helps that less and less youth and people with young children are intruding where they should not be per the Y rules. It is for everyone’s safety and comfort!
I love all of the class options - whether you want to stretch through yoga, strengthen through sculpt, or dance through Zumba, there are endless opportunities!

I was extremely disappointed in the charge to my credit card unless I opted out. It should have been the other way around. I have never heard of this and I'm quite surprised that it is even legal.
I love it here! All of the activities and groups are exactly what I need to make me feel like I'm home.
