The YMCA is a place to connect with community, get involved, and feel a sense of belonging. There are so many amazing individuals that I have met since joining, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The Y feels like home & there are so many awesome opportunities to get involved including a slew of different fitness classes offered everyday as well as sports programs for both youth and adults!

I am at the Dow Family Y at least 4 days a week. I love the variety offered. You can do individual activities, take part in the numerous classes offered, run/walk the track or enjoy the pool/lap lanes, hot tub, sauna, steam room. They have so much to offer it would be hard not to be able to find something for everyone!

I've been a member for years and I like the facilities, class offerings, equipment, events, and what they do for the community.
Very friendly and helpful team
Keep up the good work! Pickleball players out number most activities but we will never
have a tournament because of the window glare and floor shine. Fix those two problems
and the Y could hold some tournaments and bring in some revenue. Some open and
close blinds and a non-gloss floor would be a great addition. This is my 60th year at the Y.

Every area (reception, aquatics, maintenance, upstairs weight and track) staff are VERY proud of their positions', kudos to you all 👍, even tried to steal a few staff members for other jobs in community, all said NO, love there position!!!! Pretty cool 👍
