The facility is outstanding, but what makes it is the incredible staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The selection of classes is great & there are many personal training options from which to choose. I highly recommend trying the YMCA.

The people who work at the Y are so friendly. The facility is very clean. I love the pool for Aquatics classes. The track is a great alternative for cold weather exercise.
i like the senior class with Chuck and Tai Chi with Dr. Greg.
Also use the indoor walking track, a good option in winter months!
