I love how included the staff and my managers make me feel. I have never had to worry about being overwhelmed because my managers make sure we all feel like we can always ask for help and never feel like a burden.

I love all the friendly faces and helping hands around me! Being a new candidate to the dogtopia team, naturally I'd feel nervous when messing up or even asking for help with something so simple, but I was always welcomed and helped with smiles and laughter. i love the fact the staff are so friendly, and everyone gets along. i have been in work situations where staff gets along but there would be side drama, but at Dogtopia Meadowvale i have only witnessed the positive. i love how managers are willing to be present and teach us new things, and answer our questions. the managers are not closing their office door and have it open for staff if they need assistance. the dynamic i have seen at this work place feels like a family - i would love for us to enjoy each others
companies out of work and do a work dinner so we can all connect more!
