Love how everyone can be really close and talk but we also all have a mutual respect with each other. I love the meetings we have to make sure everyone is happy and on the same page and managers are very open to feedback and what they can do to make sure all staff and happy and secure with dogtopia :)

When I first walked in during my interview I saw how well everyone got along and it made me want to be apart of that team. Within my first couple weeks I was already welcomed with open arms and everyone was very friendly. I have come to enjoy dogtopia as a great place to work and see myself wanting to come and have more hours because I enjoy the environment dogtopia offers. I feel dogtopia is very inclusive and is very understanding when it comes to sickness and they are always looking to help out to send home or find coverage.
It’s nice to come here and have dogs and postive people around.
Tiana has been nothing but a great role in dogtopia. After our manager has left Tiana stepped up and helped the front and the back. She has taken two roles and made it look easy. She’s been very supportive in helping in my role and only wants me to succeed and do well.
What I like about Melissa is that she really puts herself in our store and helps us. Her involvement with us shows that she cares about our success within the company.
Dogtopia is a company that we can have fun but when things are serious and we need to make sure everything goes smoothly then there is mutual respect with both parties.
I hope to stay here and move up as much as I can.

I like being able to learn new things about dogs and how to care for them. It’s also nice to get to meet all kinds of dogs with different personalities. Meadowvale also has a very supportive team which makes going to work feel fun. I am very excited to continue my journey at Dogtopia and become a better canine coach.
