The only complaint was I will never get blood drawn from this office again.
I will go somewhere else to have my blood drawn. The associate, who introduced herself as Marguita, sat me down and just before she inserted the needle in my right arm, she starts a conversation with her co-worker next to us about the NBA playoffs.
She inserts the needle and no blood is coming out. Marguita continues to talk NBA with her co-worker and still no blood is coming out. Marguita then wiggles the needle left, right, up and down while needle is in my arm and I then ask her is everything ok? Suddenly, blood starts to come and she says, yeah.
Please talk to your co-worker after my procedure. Not before.
I don't get a blood embolism.
Ill be honest. Had no issues with Nicole. It was a visit to the doctor. Not fun or fun. Ive been treated well by Nicole and Patel at your location. Bern treated well by all staff.
