It was so overwhelming thinking about finding my mom an affordable secure memory care facility, but with CarePatrol it was so easy! We could concentrate on caring for my mom in her home while CarePatrol located 6 different facilities in the area nearest to us. We chose a few to tour and Jenna set everything up....all we needed to do was show up. After we decided on one and submitted our application Jenna was our go between with the facility administration. She was able to answer all of our questions and we spoke to her often throughout the process. She was so knowledgeable and accommodating! CarePatrol and Jenna were a God send for us!!
Cannot say enough good about Jenna and Lauren. They are compassionate and caring and handled my elderly parents wonderfully. My parents are very resistant to change and it was hard getting them to agree to even meeting with an agency, but after they left my Mom confided she felt such relief by all information she received. She had not known where to start before their visit. I’ve already recommended Jenna and Lauren to two other friends with aging parents.
MaryBeth was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't have much time to find a place for my Dad before he was ready to be discharged from the skilled nursing facility. She was able to give us a few options that could meet his care needs and budget and was able to work with me despite being out of state. She was very attentive to detail and followed up each day to make sure we were getting closer to a plan. It would have been so hard to navigate this stressful process without her.
Jenna Miller was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and was able to find the assisted living facility that is perfect for our mother. Jenna also followed up with me just a few days ago to see how our mother was doing in her new surroundings. She also informed me that she is leaving Care Patrol and going back into teaching. I’m sure that she will thrive as a teacher as well.
I am grateful for all the help I received from Erica! She was very knowledgeable and on top of things! What a blessing! I could not have done it on my own.

I was in a desperate situation trying to find a place for my father with 24 hour care so he could be released from the hospital. Jenna Miller and the team at Care Patrol found a wonderful place for my father to move in to right away. Jenna knew I was a total wreck and took the lead. She guided, counseled and has even checked in on us after the move into the assisted living home. The one thing you can tell straight away is that Jenna truly cares for those she helps. I couldn’t be happier with my fathers new home and I will be forever grateful for Jenna and Care Patrol.
Care Patrol went above and beyond helping with memory care placement for my mom. They helped navigate facility tours, details about each facility and with meeting the staff at each facility we toured. Erica was so knowledgeable and helpful. She continues to follow, making sure my mom’s transition to a new facility is going well for everyone involved. Care Patrol is truly a 10/10 and made this transition a successful experience.
