Kayla was incredibly kind and caring when it came to handling the care of my mother. It was a complicated case for sure, both with diagnosis and finances, however Kayla was able to quickly sort everything out and find proper placement for my mother. It was nothing short of incredible, we couldn't have made arrangements like that in a month, and it only took her a few days. I would highly recommend caresource to anyone who needs help and is feeling lost with arranging elderly/sick care for a family member.
Very helpful and caring. Stayed in close contact with us as we searched new living arrangements for our elderly Mom. Without Leah’s help and support, we wouldn’t have found the beautiful and affordable assisted living home for Mom. She and the organization were a bright spot to our family in a time when our mom was very ill, couldn’t live alone any longer, and we frankly didn’t know what to do and what options were available to us. Kayla Flowers was beyond amazing - kind, compassionate and caring. She truly listened to our needs and concerns and helped find the perfect place for my father in law to reside up until he passed away. She checked on us several times once he was placed. I am going to miss working with her. I recommend Kayla and this company 1000%!!!

Maran is the best. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, she is very kind and compassionate. She helped problem solve a very difficult situation, and helped the family after the initial placement. I don't think you can find someone who is more dedicated to her job than Maran. Care Patrol was efficient and timely. We were in a crisis to find suitable housing and they narrowed the choices, set up and accompanied us to tours, and facilitated asking the right questions to guide our choice.

Care Patrol was truly a lifesaver. I was thrust into a situation in which I had to provide care for my Father who is dealing with cancer, while my Mother recovered from an emergency quadruple by-pass operation. I had to help my parents quickly find an assisted living situation that met both of their needs. Our case manager, Kayla, was there every step of the way. She was compassionate and knowledgeable and she helped us find the right fit for my parents. She even helped my Father get Veterans benefits that were owed to him so that they could afford the facility that they liked best. Kayla and CarePatrol are great!

Very impressive in easing stressful situations
Ryan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and cares not only about the family members new home but he cares about the entire family.
Anthony was absolutely amazing! He helped us find the perfect location for our Mom. I did not know the area, and he helped us locate a great facility that fit her needs. He even followed up afterward to check in on her to make sure everything is okay.
My advisor, Justine, really understood what I was looking for in a facility. She knew exactly which facilities I should look at and had very good advice about which ones to avoid for our needs. Having her assistance setting appointments and making arrangements was very helpful, too
Professionalism, responsiveness and compassion
Justina was amazing to work with. She took time to get to know us and learn about my grandmother so that she could find assisted living facilities that would suit her needs but also her personality. She was also a wealth of knowledge during the tours and knew exactly what questions to ask. We don't know what we would have done without her!!!
We could not thank you enough for the assistance you provided us when we learned about our mom’s condition. We were overwhelmed with a “to do” list, with each item coming with another long list of questions. Our representative took the time necessary to answer each question and helped us tackle each item. Our mom has moved into her new home and is getting the love and support that she needs to thrive. I worked with Eric Sailor and he made me feel at ease trying to find an assisted living facility for our mom. He set up 2 appointments with 2 assisted living facilities. He stayed with me and my sister during the appointments and asked questions that needed to be asked.

CarePatrol representative came in at a time when I had no idea where to turn. She was able to do a visit to the hospital the next day to help get clarification what arrangements needed to be made. CarePatrol was with me every step of the way. She provided names of facilities for me, made a visit with me, and then helped me narrow down the choices to make a decision. She continues to work with me making all transitions smooth.
I was so pleased with Partol I am using CarePatrol for a family member later this year.
