Everything! My sister and I were fish out of water and on a short timeline to find my father a memory care facility. We reached out to CarePatrol, and Shawn was Johnny on the Spot. He spoke at length with my sister and me about our needs, goals and timeline, and set up tours for us almost immediately. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable about senior living care. He provided us with handouts and questions and made the process as seamless as possible. He also served as an excellent guide as to what we can expect from every facility, which made our tours more efficient. Further, he is very knowledgeable about dementia and the aging process which was extremely helpful in determining what we moved to the facility. I could not recommend Shawn and his team more!

They set up initial visits and follow up visits; answered questions via text and phone. They responded quickly with a lot of details that we needed to make the best decision. This is the first time my brother and I have personally gone through this situation, and I wish we knew about CarePatrol sooner. We contact Chris and the moment we met him you could tell he genuinely cared about finding the right place for our mom. Chris' knowledge and connections helped take some pressure off of a stressful situation. He helped us every step of the way and even after we found the perfect place for our mom.
For the limited amount of time I was in touch with Ashley, I was very pleased with how responsive she was to any questions we had. It was also a big plus to have her with us as we toured two facilities. She also provided information we did not know about regarding other avenues of funding for which we could apply. I learned upon contacting Ashley that she had already been helping my friend find assisted living months earlier but had lost contact with her. It was great to see Ashley take up where they had left off.
