Very, very pleased! When I first contacted Katie Rivest about helping me find a care facility for my 90 yr old mother she was quick to respond back the same day! She visited my brother and I at my mother’s home in Jackson a day after I made the call to her and was a very good listener. She was back in contact with me a day later and set us up to visit a facility in Jackson. My brother and I were very pleased with her promptness and willingness to help us! We were so pleased with the facility that we went to them based on Katie’s recommendation and the interview with the facility itself! She even followed up with us twice after we placed our mother at the facility! Katie is the BEST!

If it weren’t for Ruthie and her help, I don’t know what I would have done. Silver Cross hospital was awful !! My father went off the rails so to speak with an acute mental break from his dementia/Alzheimers and the hospital wanted to kick him out and threatened me with abandonment if I didn’t get him, after they said they were holding him for a psych evaluation for 3-5 days because he tested positive for Covid ! It was on the morning of day 3! She jumped in and got him a placement at a facility that would be better suited for his needs. I did have a placement at another facility, however from what had occurred she found a place that could handle his needs. My mother was recuperating from a broken hip and then I needed her help with another in home care company, who she recommended and they got on it right away. Navigating this situation on my own was not possible and if not for her and her help, I don’t know what I would have done. She was a life saver! She also contacted me to see how I was doing after getting him placed. Getting my dad in a facility was one of the most difficult decisions I had to make, but for the safety of himself and my mom, it was the best decision. I would highly recommend their services, it’s a confusing and difficult time and they made it so much better!
I was lost as to where my mom could go to be taken care of , as well. I was connected with Care Patrol and they came to assess her status. They knew exactly what and where my options were. They have been in contact with me even a week after she moved to her new home and making sure that she and we are happy. So glad they were there to help. I recommend them, wholeheartedly

I can not say enough good things about CarePatrol. We needed to quickly find a place for my father, who was suddenly put in Hospice care. We felt overwhelmed and had no clue as to how to even start the process of finding a place that could care for him. I was recommend to CarePatrol and I contacted them very late on a Wednesday afternoon, with the hope of maybe having a list of some places to consider by the weekend. Instead, by the time I got home, I had an email list of several places that could not only handle my dads situation but had an open bed for him. Thursday we toured all the locations and had our option of what would work out best for my dad along with logistically good for our family members. We moved my dad into his new home that same Saturday. So a process that we thought might take a week or two to even find a place, took 3 days to locate, tour, decide and move him in. Again, I feel blessed that someone recommended that I call CarePatrol.

Ruthie is awesome! We were able to get my mom in an assisted living even while we were dealing with the holidays. She setup places for us to tour and offered her advice which was much appreciated. This was the second time we used Care Patrol (and we continue to rely on their help) to navigate my mother’s unexpected decline after a fall. They were very helpful in thinking about where and who would be best to support my mom and me.
They helped find an Assisted Living (AL) home that would fit best for my mom (e.g., location, vibe, activities, etc.) as well as think thru different ways to support all the logistics associated with moving to AL.
Shawn, was very professional, informative and patient though out the process. His advice was spot on and I would recommend his services to anyone.
We needed to place my father into a memory care location quickly that would be able to assist with his medical needs that we couldn't attend to. While I could not locate the place on my own and was told he should be placed into hospice, Care Control knew of the perfect fit and we got him moved quickly. He started feeling better quickly as well.
