I have worked with Julie Miller, senior advisor and owner of the Care Patrol franchise, for the last six years and have always found her to be both professional and personable. Sherry was very easy to communicate with. She really listened to my concerns and found an appropriate place for my brother. She facilitated the communication with the memory care home. Sherry also followed up after my brother was living at the facility.

But within weeks we managed to get my Dad into a facility matching his needs!

She also facilitated interviews and obtained information I needed when making my decision. In a couple of weeks, she helped me achieve a goal that I had made little progress towards in over two years. My loved ones are now settled in a community that is even better than anything I had hoped for.

Carepatrol was helping us look for a new living accommodations. One was reluctant and the other wanted to move. Later my father was diagnosed with cancer. We need some place fast. They recommended Danbury and started the smooth transition. My father passed early Friday. He had the care needed to make his final days peaceful. Thank you CarePatrol

Thank you for helping our family at such a difficult time. Our only complaint was with the movers you recommended. We were hoping to have some working relationship with them, but were charged full price to come back and retrieve Dad's chair. $500 plus to move a couple of lamps, a desk, and a recliner ($500 plus the second time), two miles down the road. Over $1,000 was insane. Please find a company that would like to help with the process of emptying the house and selling. We will not be using "grandpas movers."
