I appreciated the quick response soon after putting a request into my company’s Employee Assistance Program they said someone would contact me. In two days Rick from Care Patrol called me. We worked with Rick first and he referred us to Katie in Jackson county because originally my parents wanted to stay there. Katie was fabulous with communication and following up. She met with my parents and really put them at ease. Then my parents decided they wanted to be closer to where I live so Katie reached out to the Wayne county representative Greg to help us.
We worked with Eric Miller, and he was so helpful with navigating the complicated situation we were dealing with in finding a place for our loved one. He was so patient and took his time explaining all of the pros and cons of the different facilities we explored. We really appreciate all he did to help make this process go as smoothly as it did. CarePatrol enabled me to place a loved one in assisted living within two weeks. After coming home from the hospital and receiving support from Centerwell OT, PT, speech therapy and social work, the loved one proved unable to live at home. I chose CarePatrol from a list of referrals and called early Monday morning. I received a call back that morning and within days toured nearby assisted living facilities. I also received a referral to a real estate agent to help with selling the house. It was all seeming so much trouble before CarePatrol stepped in to take care of the job. Thanks CarePatrol.

The careful intake at the beginning was and is impressive. No rushing. We were shown a number of different Assisted Living facilities. While one of the ALs was a “wozzer”, the AL final shown was the best place with incredibly pleasant and attentive staff. The time this process took resulted in improved health and the very real possibility that my cousin will be able to return to her own personal home.
Sara's expertise and invaluable insights have both led and carried me through one of the hardest decisions of my life. Her understanding of psychiatric and specific types of dementia aided our search for placement. Sara never overstepped my myriad concerns, yet offered encouragement and straightforward concerns of her own when they arose. I felt Sara's authentic care for my situation and my husband's. I felt Sara and I were (are still!) a team, when in truth, she was and is a guiding light in a time of a dark and difficult task. To my friend who recommended Care Patrol I am forever indebted. Katie Rivest was great to work with. She took all the honest information about our mother’s situation and found us a couple of places to check out. We toured a small assisted living home in Ann Arbor and it seemed a good fit. So Katie called another small home closer to us and within a few hours we had a tour there as well. Good communication and good follow up from Katie had us moving mom in just 3 days.

proceeded to locate the perfect facility for my wife. Sherri was available during the
entire process and was always available to answer my questions. My wife is very

My family began thinking about the process of looking at memory care options for our mother. I sent Todd an email through the care patrol website and received a call from him minutes later. After meeting with Todd, he sent us a list of the best facilities that aligned with our mother's needs, along with points of contact for each place. A very difficult process during an emotionally challenging time was simplified thanks to his help. I can't recommend Care Patrol and Todd enough.
