Great staff - I found my new Bike shop!
Great experience and the new salesperson on the floor was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I like the new atmosphere of the store with the addition of the TVs and a sitting area.
Super great people, Chris and Deven -- no pressure, very knowledgeable. I went in several times to check out their e-bikes. Took me several months to decide. Chris knew the other brands I was considering and did not criticize any of them and told me they could service them outside of the motor of course due to not being an authorized dealer. I felt like I was having an honest conversation and he wasn't trying to sell me on Trek. A big selling point after the quality of the product is that St. Joseph Bicycle Co. is local and I like neighborhood connections versus buying online, with such an important purchase.

Chris, Devin, and Ben were so helpful with getting my wheelchair tires / tubes installed on the rims. Then afterwards, Devin went above and beyond by helping me get rid of an annoying squeak on the right side of the chair! I will definitely recommend this shop to family & friends! Coming back, when I need tires or tubes for my wheelchairs!
