Love water aerobics with Al !

I like to use the elipticals and most of the other machines in aerobic room, including the row of weight training machines.

I also like some of the group fitness classes. I e yoga, tia chi, jump stretch

Would like to see Tia Chi downtown.

Boardman should get a temp Tia Chi instructor, While Larry determines if he is coming back.

There is always so much offered and I enjoy the feel of the laid back Y.

As one of your early morning pickle ball players, I appreciate the open play in a (usually) cool gym with a very clean washroom close by. When not in the game, I like popping in to the equipment room to work out a bit and still be able to keep an eye on the action. Thanks.

It a shame that things seem to breakdown often.
I have been down at this Y for over 50 years.

Swimming class with Al

The spin classes are all well taught. The jump stretch classes are very good. The equipment is high quality and generally well maintained and clean.

its a good place to exercise and make friendships and it is a good value.

The employees. Britany, Owen, Joe, Casey, Kendrick and the others make the programs and activities worthwhile.

My children really enjoying camp. They love the activities and the counselors! I love that the teach them how to swim and water safety. My son, has been more comfortable being around water. I would highly recommend this camp!
