The Y is probably best known for its swimming. There are two pools that can accommodate those from young to old and in between. There are numerous programs to teach swimming.

The deep pool for laps is great and the lifeguards very nice and friendly!!!

I call the central Y "the happening place"!!
At any given moment there are a blending of young and old engaging in a myriad of healthy fitness activities. I love the programs dedicated to the inner city youth and their development. Kudos to the central Y leadership who recognize the potential in giving opportunities to those who may have financial challenges.

Very comfortable with employees and members. Outstanding array of equipment and programs. Have been a member for 30+ years and will be ongoing for years ahead.

I like the modern and updated equipment. PLEASE extend these benefits to our steam room! My daughter and I appreciate the after school program. She enjoys Camp Fitch, and the first Friday program (can’t think of the name rite now). The staff is ALWAYS friendly, informative, and professional. I’m honored to be a member here!

I like the exercise machines on the second floor.

The shallow pool is the only place where I can swim because of the warm temperature of the water.
