Everyone we have encountered has been courteous and friendly.
I like the chair yoga classes Tues & Thurs at 11:30 as well as the adult exercise classes at 1:00 M-Th. Both instructors are excellent and both care about our health and well being. They are both extremely encouraging and helpful!
Lots of exercise machines of various types. Friendly staff always ready to give sound advise. Convenient hours to go anytime to work out.
