This was my 2nd time back since I left heart rehab. Couldn't wait to get back after surgery. They were trying to keep me there but I told them I have alot more equipment here to build my strength back up.

Very helpful for the kids learning skills. Instructors are patient but also challenge the kids. Lots of options on days/times/activities.

Love Miss Jill and Miss Corrada! They have a way to connect with the kids while having fun. We also love the swim lessons and different types of gym classes offered to the kids.

I like the arthritis water exercise. I like that we have different teachers because we get different exercises.
