I like the staff. They do care about their clients enough that if something is bothering the client they will reach out and and actively try to make things better.
Clean shop and pleasant staff
Booking is not tedious, we love our stylist, always leave looking great. He takes very good care of my son, who’s a tween, treating him like a real client and not an insignificant child. My son won’t go to any other stylist. Now his Dad started getting his haircut and styling done with Zay, too! And he is just as happy with the results.

I went to sports clips for 10 years and received the most potato haircuts. I started going to Floyds a year/two back and have gotten the best/incredible looking cuts of my life between 2 different stylists without taking any more time and not costing too much. The music y’all play inside is good. The scheduling online is excellent.

Ali.. stylist colorist is just incredible! She is tuned in to what I need, timing, how to get the coloring techniques done so that my upcoming appointments, touch-ups are beautiful, efficient in terms of tine and cost. I highly recommend Ali. She is the best and a wonderful asset at Floyd's!
Loved everything about our trip to Floyd’s! Vanessa is the most outstanding technician ever and she’s the only person who cuts my and my husband’s hair. The staff is also friendly and engaging. I recommend this store to all my friends and relatives. I even have friends from Houston who visit Floyd’s whenever they are in town - just to get haircuts from Vanessa!

Love the atmosphere. the people there are so helpful and friendly and the app makes it convenient to schedule appointments (with Zachary H, who is awesome!). The pricing is reasonable, I'd recommend to anyone looking for a complete "barber shop" experience! The only downside is the parking - something they are aware of and can't do anything about (they don't own the building) - but its still worth it.
