I loved the services and the staff was amazing, Shayla my barber made me feel right at home. Like I was a regular even tho it was my first time there. She took her time and was surgical with every cut of her sheers, she was laser focused and very professional but very humorous at the same time which is very rare. After I felt like a million dollars and felt very confident. Like I could take on an orc army in middle earth or destroy the Death Star in my x-wing, but I will for sure come back again. Well I don’t like the flow of this feedback mechanism, whoever designed it should click through a sample and see what I mean - it is not intuitive. But broadly speaking I like Floyd’s because it’s regularly available, I know what to expect, and the stylists are professional. It’s a “Target-ification” of haircuts.

Barbers are go but not ridiculously so. Talented and attentive to understanding my style request. Does the extra mile for nice final touches like shaving the back of my neck and trimming my eyebrows without even being asked. Hot towels! Awesome. On the I've occasion I splurged and got a full shave treatment, it was glorious; as nice as a massage after a hard week's work.
First time experience with you all and hands down it best every other barber shop I’ve been to. Lisa did my cut and she understood exactly what I wanted and what other barbers have failed to execute. I didn’t even have to go home and restyle my hair like I usually do. She crushed it! Additionally, the neck massage, hot shave foam, hot towels… all of those extras were such a great added touch that makes the price jump from what I’m used to paying worth it. You’ve got a client do’ life!

My barber was really good. I had thought about growing my beard out but decided against it. Unprompted he told me "instead of shaving it, maybe trim and shape it up". He was right and it looked great. He really took his time and it showed. Both my hair and beard. Already recommended him to a friend also looking for a new barber.

I appreciate that the staff who cut my children’s hair are patient and kind. I know kids are not always the easiest clients to work with, and this is not a “kids salon” but the results are always great.
