Your product is very good to fit our need. However, the service of after selling should be improved. The metal cart is still in my lab although we have contacted your customer service to pick it up. No response on this request so far.

Every time I call Metal Supermarkets it is because I need some metal, and I need it quickly. Whatever you don't have, you get for me fast. Multiple cuts are always handled within hours, often faster. Prices are more than fair considering the high cost of having a retail operation based on heavy, oversized and awkward to move items! Especially considering the great variety you manage to store.
