Your sales reps are always friendly, helpful, and not pushy or trying to rush you. Most items are stocked, so it is very likely to have inventory when I need it. If inventory is not stocked, the reps suggest quickest ways to get materials at the lowest cost. All around a great company to deal with.

As my work will never require large quantities of any material, I depend on your ability to supply even the smallest of orders. Your truck deliveries (for me its Wednesday) are very convenient, and if the quantity is small enough to fit in my car, in-store pickup is equally easy.
