I greatly appreciate that, as a member of a benevolent self-funded (no fundraising for our organization, solely supported by it's own members), organization seeking to maximize it's limited funds to be used efficiently as possible, thereby benefiting the various organizations that our members actually fund-raise for... the staff at Metal Supermarkets / Langley, are always willing to find a solution to our needs, that fits within our budget.
Their taking an extra few minutes to actually listen, and their 'out-of-the-box' thinking and approach to finding solutions defines the term 'quality customer service'!
I wouldn't think of shopping for my fabrication material needs anywhere else.

Good customer service, good industry pricing, generally you have stock what we need and if you don't you are able to get it within a reasonable time and cost. Delivery options are great as well, especially with the free delivery of a $500 plus order.
