Products and store staff are great. The online experience SUCKS! I am still waiting for my call to the online help centre to be returned a couple of weeks later. The chat did satisfactorily resolve my issue though. Ordering online was a nightmare with unresponsive pages and extreme difficulty selecting my local store. The staff at the store I dealt with told me to never use the online ordering portal and call the store instead. Take a look at almost any other online ordering system and copy that instead of the junk you are currently using.
