The service is very prompt. The correct material is cut to the right length and delivered to the right quantity.
Availability of scrap pieces that I can browse through without supervision. That’s the biggest thing for me as I haven’t needed any bending or welding, just small pieces for my own projects.

Excellent customer service. I can confidently call knowing the product will be available immediately or will have an eta at time of call so I can inform the shop. The techs on the shop floor are also very happy with the service provided by the Metal Supermarkets team. They have become my primary metal vendor.
