Using the website to specify what I needed was easy, and there was an enormous set of options to choose from. The order was processed quickly and pickup was relatively easy.
I’d love it if there was an option for some additional preparation - holes, rounded corners, chamfered edges, etc. If I could just specify it all on this website and pick it up done I’d pay a substantial markup on the machining.
Anyway, even as it is - beyond any expectations I had of being able to source my metal.

I only needed a small 12 x 24 stainless steel sheet for a sink backsplash, I.e. a very small order, that most places would not take. Ordering online was easy. The order was processed in a couple of days, faster than I expected. Pick-up was very easy, as the location was conveniently just off the highway, and only a 6 minute detour from my regular route. Staff at the pick-up desk was super friendly, even though I literally came in 5 min before closing.

The guys were very helpful and accommodating every time I go there , they helped me with a piece of threaded rod that was impossible for me to find and sheet of aluminum to finish around wheel tubs in my race car and delivered 3 sheets of checker plate for my garage walls.
