Your staff at the counter very patient while I explained what I was building ( a trailer for a radio controlled boat 90 inches long). They recommended material and showed my what it was. This helped me make an informed choice.
Excellent customer service. The product I wanted was a couple of days out. The CSR asked what I was using it for, suggested a lighter gauge pipe, which was cheaper and in stock.

Using the website to specify what I needed was easy, and there was an enormous set of options to choose from. The order was processed quickly and pickup was relatively easy.
I’d love it if there was an option for some additional preparation - holes, rounded corners, chamfered edges, etc. If I could just specify it all on this website and pick it up done I’d pay a substantial markup on the machining.
Anyway, even as it is - beyond any expectations I had of being able to source my metal.
