Customer Testimonials
Helpful staff
Great people to work with.
Very responsive and timely.
You carry many different grades of steel and alloys. You are not the cheapest in town, but you do have the goods.
You guys are close to our shop and you usually have drops that are perfect for us!
Easy and quick service at a fair price. Great associates.
Having used your service to locate metal strips to use in a filing cabinet for hanging file folders was a great find. Somehow in moving the file cabinets to our new location, the hanging bars had become lost. Trying to file in file folders all lying down on top of one another was an impossible task. Your service was the perfect solution. The bars were cut to the correct length and fit perfectly! That was 6 years ago. Thank you!
Lots of variety for products and helpful staff
quick response, great prices
The rep was great
Great Customer Service...!
Sales reps. always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!
The ease
Ordering
The amount and kinda of metals that you can easily get
The ease to pick up and always helpful with loading
The staff are the best aspect of dealing with Metal Supermarkets. Staff who know the business, the materials and the clients’ needs. I’ve dealt with my local branch for four or five requests. Always excellent service from the guys there. Much better experience than big box hardware stores when MS has what you need, usually for a better price, and minimum waste when you can order only what you need pre-cut. I’ve recommended them to a few people.
Punctual timing
Timeliness of deliveries, quick responses to RFQs, wide selection and overall quality/ reliabilty
Quick response and I stay nearby so able to pick up same day. Great customer service and custom cuts, always love it.
Fast turnaround and competitive pricing.
I've dealt with multiple customer reps from the Scarborough location. Always pleasant and efficient. Keep it up.
Usually a very quick delivery, and if they dont have it in stock they can get it for you in good time.
Always friendly, and helpful. A great bunch of people to deal with.
The staff were very helpful and flexible about how to produce the quote. Clearly wanting to get it right for the customer.
