Even though this was my first time visiting the Hagerstown location, I was greeted by Val and she made the entire experience worth it. She made you feel comfortable and confident. She treated me like she has known me for years and this was my first time meeting her. Vals personality and customer service skills is why I will be returning more often.
Amazing customer service
Very short wait. The app did nit work for me to schedule ahead. Hair stylist Valerie was excellent. She cut my mother’s hair excellent and stylish and had personality plus. The shop decor is great.

The service was amazing. Nicole was excellent. Not only did my hair look amazing, we had good conversations and it made me feel super comfortable. Getting a great haircut is one thing, but forgetting your hair is getting cut because your so engaged in conversation….well that’s another thing. And Nicole is a valuable asset to Sports Clips. I like that there’s level to the type of services offered. You can get just a hair cut and go or the works- meaning a cut, wash, massage and hot face towel etc.
I've had the same person cut my hair for over 40 years so needless to say I was a bit nervous getting a haircut from someone else. I quickly felt at ease after being greeted by Kyleigh. She gave me a warm introduction and went over the check in process which was fast and easy. She was my stylist and did a fantastic job! I will definitely come back and hope she is available to cut my hair again. I will recommend Sport Clips in Hagerstown to all my buddies!

Yesterday night was my first time coming to sports clips and I gotta say I’m impressed, the employees were very nice and have a great attitude! Kyleigh was my stylist and she was amazing! She did a great job taking care of me, she did exactly what I wanted without really saying anything! Definitely a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me! I will definitely be returning 😊😊 oh and the coupons I received after paying was awesome 👏 thank y’all sooo much sports clips !!!
