I felt that the experience provided during my visit was how everyone hopes it will be when they go for a haircut. I was greeted by friendly smiles when I entered the store and was guided through the easy check-in process. Kyleigh wasted no time getting me seated and provided exquisite customer service. I felt very welcomed and at ease through the entire experience. I usually feel anxious when it's time for my hair cut as no barber or stylist ever seems to understand what I want or how to execute and I always end up disappointed. Not only did I feel Kyleigh understood what I wanted but I was able to relax and enjoy the experience as she exuded confidence in her work. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop. The laid back feel along with the televisions allowed for a relaxing visit while Kyleigh hooked me up with an amazing cut. I've never been happier after getting my haircut and I will certainly be returning for my next cut. Thanks!

THE MVP hair cut program is simply the best. I first went to one of your locations in Florida while there for spring training and was hooked. The shampoo and scalp massage along with the hot towel are fantastic. Great haircuts along with shoulder and neck massage what else could you ask for? Just one thing " How About A Shave"!! The stylist, the individual items used for a person, keeping store cleaning. My personal recommendation is hire a Spanish stylist. Everything was so great on my first visit.

Katie was excellent with my 2 and 3 year old grandsons. It was my 2 yr olds 1st haircut and she was wonderful. Made him feel very comfortable and we were in and out in no time at all. Did exactly what we asked and I will definitely be back to see her at Valley Mall location in Hagerstown MD
