I visited Sport Clips of Hagerstown, MD for the first time and needed a change since three years ago of using a terrific hair stylists that ended up taking another outside position and then going through four more people that didn’t seem to be working out for me. I am particular of how I look and image and decided to give this a try and had nothing to lose. I walked in and was greeted very friendly. After a small short time, I was then taken to Kim’s area. I answered that I was a rookie and this was my first time in the facility. I had a photo on my mobile phone of myself of what I was seeking to exact the look again from the previous long term hair stylist. Kim was asking intuitive questions about the style and how I wanted to be cut and then how she would proceed. All along she was personable, very friendly, informative, took her time, attentive and knowledgeable and we made jokes from start to finish and she made product recommendations, at the end during checkout. I recommend her and she is an asset to this company of her overall customer service, personality and working skills. I wish I would have thought of using this service much sooner. Thank You!
