The MVP+ service offers a outstanding value proposal, the whole staff there seems to be very professional, focused, comforting, knowledgeable, and experienced. The haircut took about 20-30 minutes, was done great and has led to me getting several compliments, they have a great sense of products to Upsell that are right for the customers needs, and I didn’t walk out feeling obligated to buy anything additional, very great non pushy, and a delightful experience.

Stylists were very nice, professional and helpful. My youngest son doesn’t care for haircuts and the stylist (I don’t know her name but she was the Hagerstown store manager) was awesome with my little guy.
Kylee was Fantastic! Very friendly, courteous, pleasant, professional and informative. This was only my second visit and Kim now no longer is employed there and Kylee stepped right in where Kim left off. I was impressed that Kim inputed information about my first visit and Kylee then was prepared and already knew how I wanted my hairstyle. She spoke about and showed me products afterwards. Also, and thankfully, she was patient with me because I was not feeling 100%, due to my sinus allergies. Hopefully, three months later that she will still be employed there and I will feel better, next time ... (HAHA!) :-)
My barber Tina was very professional, fast, very nice. I got there I didn’t have to wait and the price was very reasonable and good. Definitely coming back and recommending it.
