The pool
The access to the pool is easy; the pool is warm, and WONDERFUL.
The staff is very friendly. Amber is my favorite instructor. She always has a fun, challenging class.

Elk Grove club is good. I started my workout in here many many years ago. Nice equipment, studio, and pool. I'd like to see better lighting in the facility. It seems a bit dark.
It's still a very welcoming and open gym, even with the covid situation. They handled it all as best they could and they're making it easy to get back into the groove of coming in more often! Also they have Alani Nu nutrition stuff now and I love it
Lots of equipment. Spaced out pretty well. Optional smaller room to work out in. I like that there are spaces where I do not have to look at a tv. Super casual and friendly staff. Always very clean.

My wife and I have been going to the Elk Grove CalFit for about 6 months now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences so far! There is plenty of equipment and we rarely have to work out separated from each other. We both are very happy with our decision to choose this gym over any other!

Love the staff and equipment
It has a lot of different equipment to choose from and the environment feels comfortable. The place is very large and well maintained. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed.
I like that Cal Family Fit has more than other local gyms. I joined because I’m a single mom and needed childcare while working out. So the family part really stuck out. I don’t feel guilty leaving the kids at kids club while I’m at the gym they have so much fun with the planned activities.

Gym is always clean and equipment working. However, there is virtually no mask wearing and that is very worrisome.
